Accounts & credits

You are responsible for activity under your account. Credits are consumed by scans according to plan. Failed scans without stored results refund credits. Subscription credits expire at period end.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to extract secrets, bypass rate limits, or use results to harass individuals. Do not submit unlawful content.

Evidence & accuracy

BuildSignal aims not to fabricate sources. Research quality depends on available public conversations and model tooling. Weak evidence is labeled when detected; you remain responsible for validation before building or investing.

Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can manage or cancel through the customer portal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where credits are auto-refunded for failed scans.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
